Wedding at the Old School Square Cultural Arts Center in Delray Beach

post written on 10 Jun 11 in Wedding Photos

John and Ellis got married in the Old School Square Cultural Arts Center in Delray Beach FL. Everything about this wedding was original and hand crafted by John and Ellis. John and Ellis are an unusual, creative and full of fun couple. Even though they are both from Florida, they traveled half way around the world and actually met for the first time in China and instantly fell in love.

John is a balloon artist.  I don’t mean the kind that wear big shoes and a red nose, I mean a world class balloon artist!  He makes amazing balloon sculptures for any occasion. He made the incredible balloon decor for his wedding.  He also made the bouquet for Ellis from balloons. You can see more of his work on www.balloonartworld.com, they provide fully customizable decor and entertainment for any events (birthdays, Mitzvah, holiday events, Marketing and corporate parties, trade shows and of course weddings)

James and Don, our mutual friends from Dazzle Events, helped them plan the wedding day. When Dazzle events asked John and Ellis what style of wedding they would love to, they both had the same answer: lots of colors! and fun fun fun!

Their dream came true, on the wedding day everywhere you looked there was lots of colors, the decor was exactly what they imagined. Even her wedding dress was not the typical white gown, she chose to have a color wedding dress.

They invited close friends and family, some of which traveled from around the world to share this special day with Ellis and John.Everyone had a blast!!!  A lot of John’s friends are professional entertainers and there was non-stop joking and laughing the entire night.  One of them even “used” John’s brother as a puppet, utilizing a box labeled “instant puppet” which contained a funny hat, bib, and a mask with a movable mouth when you pulled the string!  It was hilarious!
