Wedding at the WaterColor Resort

post written on 29 Jul 10 in Wedding Photos

Vanessa and Ivan invited their guest to travel to the WaterColor Resort on Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This luxury destination is nestled along the emerald green waters and sugar white sand of Northwest Florida. We were really lucky, the oil spill showed up on the beach a week after their wedding. Vanessa and Ivan met in the eighth grade! They grew up together and their story is really romantic. You can read more on their wedding website: http://www.mywedding.com/ivanandvanessa/stories.html

Since they got engaged December 2008 they put a lot of time into planning the wedding. Their wedding details were very unique and Vanessa made all the props for the sweet table herself. As the guest favors they handed out lemonade in very cute bottles for each guest. It was a fun and unique wedding, the guest along with the bride and groom end up in the pool during the reception :)

Mark and Sherrie end their engagement session in the water

post written on 21 Jul 10 in Engagement Photos

Mark and Sherrie are an amazing couple that are obviously in love. From the moment that I talked on the phone with Sherrie, I knew that they were a fun loving couple.  They met at one of the biggest beach hotels in Fort Lauderdale, where they both work, Mark as the GM.  What an honor it is to have the Gm of a Major hotel hand pick NEOART photography to capture their special day!

When I first met Mark and Sherrie in person, it was even more clear to me just how fun and enthusiastic of a couple they are.  The engagement session was an absolute blast to photograph and I can not wait for their wedding in St. John, Virgin Islands!!

Extreme photo session at the Miami Marlins stadium.

post written on 19 Jul 10 in trash the dress

Rebecca and Jim got married recently and wanted to follow their wedding with an extreme art photo shoot. Jim is a project manager for the new Miami Marlins stadium that is being built, so after a few phone calls he was able to get us clearance to go inside the construction site. This was a fantastic location and probably a once in a lifetime opportunity to be able to do such a shoot. We were able to use our definitively unique style to capture the beauty of the bride as well as this huge mega structure.
